Terms of Service
Last updated 30 July 2026
These terms apply whenever you use SoundyLoader (“the service”). By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What SoundyLoader does
SoundyLoader is a free, browser-based tool that retrieves audio from a public SoundCloud URL you provide and converts it to a file you can save. We do not host, store, or distribute a catalogue of music. Nothing is uploaded by us to SoundCloud, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to SoundCloud in any way. “SoundCloud” is a trademark of its respective owner and is used here only to describe what the tool is compatible with.
No account, no fee
The service requires no account and costs nothing to use. Because of that, we make no promises about availability. We may change, throttle, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, without notice.
Acceptable use — your responsibility
You are solely responsible for what you download and what you do with it. You agree to use SoundyLoader only where you have the right to do so — for example, for audio you created or uploaded yourself, audio the rights holder has explicitly made available for download, audio in the public domain or released under a licence that allows it, or a personal copy where the law where you live permits it.
You agree not to use the service to:
- infringe copyright or any other right of a third party, including redistributing, selling, or publicly performing downloaded audio you do not have the rights to;
- circumvent any technical protection measure, paywall, or access restriction;
- access private, unlisted, or otherwise non-public content you have not been given permission to access;
- overload, scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the service or the infrastructure behind it.
Copyright law differs by country. Nothing on this site is legal advice. If you are unsure whether a particular download is lawful where you live, do not download it.
Rights holders
We respect copyright. If you believe the service has been used to infringe your rights, see our DMCA & copyright policy for how to submit a notice.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular track will be retrievable — some content cannot be retrieved because the uploader or the platform restricts it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoundyLoader and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including any legal consequence of content you choose to download.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
